No idea what they might be, but there are many reputable flavoring vendors. Have you checked the stickied thread at the top of this section for Canada DIY?

Yah. I have a package coming from DIY-Ejuice, but I could always use some more flavours that aren't going to cost me an extra $12 to ship plus taxes. 4 TFA from Canada costs well over $40 with shipping & tax. 4 flavours from Ebay are like $17. I'm just wondering if they're any good. I think all our vape machines come from China. Vaping itself comes from China. Maybe the flavour concentrates aren't that bad. Who knows?

Maybe search for specific brand names on ebay? Like TFA, Capella, FlavourArt, etc... Could help take some guess work out of the equation for you.

I have 11 of these flavors now - they are highly concentrated like Super Concentrates (also from China). Use 0.5 to 1% in most cases. They seem to do fruits pretty well, bakery not so well but I'm still messing around with the ones I have.

These are 99p with free delivery to the UK (only for the Red Bull knockoff flavour) but if you go to their Canadian listing its 99c with free worldwide, so only 52p delivered.

Worth a look ;)
