Good news but bad they don't understand how vaping is the main cause of about a 2% drop in the smoking rate.

No,no you didn't read the article closely...the drop is due to draconian restrictions, heavy taxes and ugly chicks with purple hair pretending they are having an asthma attack everytime they walk by a smoker.......it worked with alcohol and herbs right...oh wait.
