This surprises me by being so good--especially after a few weeks of sitting. I've noticed that coffee flavors, in particular, have a way of mellowing and blending in, over time.
It's a lovely creamy peach flavor with just a bare hint of coffee and cinnamon. Simple... yet not. This was inspired by a long-time-ago recipe by HIC called "White Irish Peach" (see below). I don't taste a lot of distinct cinnamon in this, but I believe it adds warmth, overall. (And maybe you will taste the cinnamon better than I do...). Enjoy
Cinnamon Vanilla Peaches & Cream
5% TFA White Chocolate
4% tfa juicy peach
1% fa white peach
1% fa irish cream (try 0.5% if you feel tentative about adding coffee flavor to your peaches!)
0.5% fa vanilla bourbon
1% fw sweet cream (or any other sweet cream)
1% fa cinnamon
