Here in Califronia our state legislaure and our govenor are too busy spending billion on a bullet train from nowhere to the middle of nowhere....I guess decriminalizing something that is cheap easily accessable, and that could help people save their own lives is a little to mundane for the enlightened souls of Moonbat Brown and the state senate.
