***Close/Delete Please*** WTB: IPV Mini 2

I've been looking around for a used IPV Mini 2 or similar device for a while now. I'm not worried about aesthetics, it can be all scratched up, and scraped up as long at it works and doesn't have any major dents in it. I'm looking to spend $30-$40 for one.
