Dont know if its the aurora or cheriymoya playing against it but the oba oba even @ 0.5% really comes through on this recipe. To me oba oba is like a strange soda-marshmallow coconut and in this with a lemonade over the top of it which seems to make it taste sweeter and fresher than the kind of dirty/earthy soda-marshmallow coconut I usually get from it.
This is a strange one, but to me at least strange in a good way
