Hi Tonyboy you will need to be more specific with your flavors and vendor and someone I'm sure will chime in

example:

coconut candy (TPA) ? The flavor apprentice
cheesecake (TPA) ?
Sweet Cream (CAP) ? Cappella
Graham cracker (CAP) OR (FW) ? Flavor West

Just a guess starting point...

Cheesecake Graham 5%
Sweet Cream 2%
Coconut 2-3%
TFA Brown Sugar 0.5% (if you have any of this one)
Cotton Candy 0.5% (optional)

Might need more cream tho, maybe 1% FA Fresh Cream, or ANY Whipped Cream.
Don't think I'd use any TFA Bavarian in here tho.

Maybe 0.5 to 1% Vanilla Swirl for a little vanilla flavor or Bavarian cream, which is similar to FA Vienna Cream.

I don't have vanilla cream or whipped cream but I do have toasted marshmallow do you think that would work?
