Coconut Spice Ice Cream

Inspired by @HeadInClouds and his Black Pepper Ice Cream recipe.

FA = Flavour Art
FW = Flavor West

FA Vienna Cream 3.0%
FA Vanilla Bourbon 1.5%
FA Fresh Cream 1.5%
FA Custard 1.5%
FW Creamy Coconut 3.0%
FA Cinnamon Ceylon 0.5%
FA Cardamon 0.8%

Currently vaping this at 85VG/15PG @ 4mg Nicotine. Still drips nice as well with good vapor production and excellent inhale (sweet, creamy, cardamon) and exhale (creamy cinnamon) flavor notes. Potential to "burn" the cinnamon at wattages above 50. IMHO Sweet spot is anywhere between 35-45W.

So as usual I found an interesting recipe that HIC had posted and of course I did NOT have all the flavors...oh well, off to the experimental stage. I originally tried 1% Coconut (TFA) and 1% Cardamon (FA) and while it was an OK vape it was nothing to write home about. Just needed more spice. The Cardamon was giving a "numbing" effect similar to a clove flavor and it was not going in the right "spice" direction. I needed something else and it was already on the way.

Along comes my next order from Bull City Vapor which included Creamy Coconut and Cinnamon Ceylon. Let me say that that the Ceylon is a very true ground cinnamon flavor! Too much will destroy what you are making. It completely hides the coconut and the creaminess of the rest of the mix.

Several batches later I arrived at what I posted above. The Creamy Coconut supported the addition of the Cinnamon Ceylon and I backed off the Cardamon to hit the "sweet" spot for a smooth and spicy ice cream vape. I hope others can try and let me know.

You probably would have gotten more feed back if you hadn't used the f(w) word. Seems I read something about not ever trusting fw on this forum one time.

FA Coconut at adjusted percentage should suffice.

This sounds absolutely delicious! Looks like I have a valid reason for another flavor order :D

FW has a couple of really good flavors, they just seem to be few and far between.

Don't get me wrong. I wasn't basing fw. Just making an observation. I usually don't comment on a recipe unless I make it and really like it. This is a very good looking recipe but no one was responding. I'm a coconut buff, but haven't bought the fw coconut, else I'd be mixing this next time I get to mix. I will be adding fw coconut to my next order so I can mix this. Sorry if I came off wrong.

Oh how I wish they made this as an actual ice cream, I would love to eat this!
Bit for now I can settle for inhaling it.
I wonder what it would be like to add these flavorings to real vanilla ice cream!

I am not a vegetarian but since many of the vape flavors are fruit and vegetable flavors it only made sense to check out vegan and vegetarian desert recipes. Plenty of room for experimentation as I didn't have Maple flavor nor did I have an FA coconut flavor so I work with what is at hand.

Thanks for the comments, I find this recipe ages well and while this can be vaped immediately (Strong throat hit from the spices) it does get smoother over a few days.

DIY is all about experimentation. You don't need to reinvent the wheel and create everything from scratch. The next "killer" juice will not make you a millionaire but it will make you and your friends very happy!
