Heat Flux is a representation of maximum potential heat at the surface of the coil. Heat capacity represents the coil ability to transmit heat. Optimally you will find the balance between the 2 that suits you best. High capacity also mean slow ramp up times. Most buld in a heat fux range of 100 to over 300 hf. I like a Heat Flux if about 170 to 190 and a capacity of 20 or so.
