Coil builds

I am rather new to could building as I always bought the premade ones but wanting to try something new
First tank is a Limitless RDTA the original one I have had about a mo that and want to know what kind of builds I can put in it

Second is a mutilation V2 I have a premade Clapton coils in right now

On both I have always done basic parallel builds on and as said before premade ones so any help I can get from you all as far as hard hitting builds what gauge to use and all that for good flavor and good size clouds would be greatly appreciated

Sorry if it's not enough information I am new to this and new to the forms

Another thing I don't k ow if it makes any difference but I don't use a unregulated mod I vape on a Sigelei 150tc mostly and a cube mini my 150 I usually run at 50w and cube around 65w

A mech mod just allows you to build lower Ω coils. If you are using fancy wires that is of some importance, for a new builder it isn't really important as you don't wanna build that low until you understand what the possible consequences are and know how to deal with them. Fancy coils give you a big coil to wick surface area so are able to produce a lot of vapor if you like to chuck the clouds. Claptons have advantages and disadvantages - they make the contact area bigger which is +ve, they make the liquid wick better which is a +ve but they make the wire significantly wider which is a -ve and they boil a lot of juice on the surface which is a -ve because they tend to be spittier than normal coils, but some people like a little spitback.

You should likely try some fused claptons as one alternative and some thick Nichrome80 as another (22AWG) and see which you prefer. Either way you probably want to build around .3Ω and adjust the power to see what you like.

Theres lots of other stuff to try but you start somewhere and then see how it looks. Some people like Stainless Steel, some people like NiFe52....you try these things out as you go along and see what suits you. That's the fun part.
