Coil help

Hey guys I just started using RDAs and I'm installing some prebuilt SS 316L fused clapton coils, problem is the coil doesn't heat from the inside out, the whole dam thing turns red, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I don't, but maybe @raymo2u will, as he is a very good coil builder

If its heating evenly and not one wrap is hotter then the other then everything is fine....not every coil heats up from the middle and glows outwards..
