Is there a convenient way to store the mandrels and all those turning caps?

You can place the rod into the top cap and then store them into the origin box.
So, looking at the pictures, it looks like you basically get 1 handle that the mandrel sits on and is then secured using cap with a hole that the end of mandrel fits through.

There is a end cap that has the post for grabbing the wire and what I assume is a hole the same size as the mandrel.

Each mandrel appears to have a shoulder on it that fits through the common handle cap.

So, if I get this correct you basically get:
1 handle with end cap
5 mandrels
5 mandrel caps/guides

And what you are saying is that for storage each mandrel screws into it's corresponding mandrel cap/guide? Because I don't see any threading on the mandrels?

Either way, I'm assuming that the box is a basic cardboard box with basic packaging slots for the parts right?

If so, that seems like a pain for storage. Maybe a plastic storage box with foam cutouts for each major component would be something you want to think about, possibly as an upgrade or something...

Price 'em at $12 and I'll buy a couple, and so will a lot of people here at VU.
