Coil question

My guess is it will vape at 60w.
Probably a pretty long ramp up time and would be a cooler lighter vape is my guess. And would likely eat battery on a single battery mod. Especially if they have a heavy (32g) wrapper. Smaller wire wrapper would probably be ok.
Only one way to find out.
Couldn't find those coils in a quick google search. Are they ss or kanthal? Ss will have a shorter ramp up time. I couldn't get a 28g fused kanthal to reach 0.4 unless it is only like 3 wraps, so i am guessing ss.

If you have them, i recommend trying them. All I did was speculate and have other questions in order to speculate further.
I build all of mine, so that is my best recommendation. Not relying on paying for hand crafted coils or taking a chance on mass produced coils. But if building is not for you, then its not for you.

Just make sure your build is safe.
And in the future, look for fused claptons with an outside wrapper of smaller gauge like 36. And fused claptons that are not twisted. Less surface area touching cotton and the twist adds more metal that increases ramp up time, as does the 32g wrap.

Apologies if this a bit more in depth, longer than you're requiring. The reason for the extra is for any others who might have similar questions. As well, there is a slight hope to persuade you into building your own coils. It is not as difficult as one first thinks and can in fact be quite an enjoyable means of relaxing, meditation/prayer.

You need a volt meter for checking the resistance of your coils, that is the Tester Tool listed above. I build most of my coils with a 3mm inner diameter out of preference. Currently, I'm using a dual coil build on a Velocity V2 style deck that is netting a .5 ohm resistance. These coils are each Kanthal A1 and each on its own runs about 1 ohm resistance. Use the steam engine site to get a rough idea of where you need to aim for in building coils. I build with my deck on the volt meter to ensure I'm hitting about where I need to be.
Kanthal can be bought at the link above. It is to the Temco site, who manufactures Kanthal as well a variety of other electrical/electronic components. The cost is affordable.The battery links above are to reputable dealers here in the US, I have and will continue buying from IMR, though everyone finds what works for themselves. Be safe with batteries and building coils. You may want to look over some reference on doing both at ECF's forum. Mooch, posts invaluable information on batteries and safety with them.

I own a Kanger Dripbox 60 myself. The mod is too weak to work with Clapton coil(s). As mentioned in your other post, you need to build a simple 0.2 Ohm build. Parallel coils might work though, depending on the wire's material.
Agreed. I have tried dual Clapton on a single 18650 battery mod. It is a no go. There is not enough power

I run fused Clapton's in all kinds of single battery mechs, I guess the clouds I'm seeing are my imagination... 2x 28KA1/38N80 0.35 ohms in my REOs and 2x 26KA1/38N80 0.25 ohms in tubes. Yeah, there is some ramp up time, but the end result justifies the wait.
With the Kanger Dripbox and the included atty you would have a heck of a time getting two fused Clapton's in the tiny post holes...

The OP only mentioned pre made Claptons. Sure, if you know how to make Clapton coils, you can use materials that have less ramp up time, e.g. SS or N80 as core, as well as wrapping/clapton wire.
