Hello all, I have ipv 2 and kangertech sub tank mini, what is the difference of higher ohm coil vs the lower ohm coil ?

I'm no expert but this is how I understand it from all the reading I've done here over the last few weeks. The lower ohm is for higher wattage, burns hotter, uses more juice and is best suited for DL. The higher ohm is for lower wattage, doesn't burn quite as hot and is more suited for MTL. It's all personal preference, of course, and how you like to vape but that's the gist of it, I think.

Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong!

That is pretty much correct.
The lower Ohm coils are made of thicker wire. Therefore, in order to heat them up properly, you have to use higher wattage, thus you also get higher temperatures. Obviously, the higher Ohm coils are the opposite.
