cold weak vape hit

Using a royal hunter rda with twisted 24 awg running in dual coil with a unregulated box mod from my local vape store with 2x 3.7v 18650's. I built this for my brother and previously he had 24 awg 5 wrap dual coils that hit pretty good so I know its not the box or the rda. The problem is, the vape is hitting really cold and weak even with nicotine you don't feel it. The batteries are fully charged. Can it be because of a loose connection? I have to admit, we didn't have the hex screw small enough to screw the posts in so I used needle nose pliers and they still heat up red hot. What is the problem?

know the resistance of the build? you need to if you are going to rebuild, use the correct tools please. Find out the resistance of the coils in the atty and please get a hex wrench to tighten the screws down. This is needed because when you rebuild, the only safety on the mod is the stuff between your ears.

The resistance is about 0.07. Can it be that its too low?

Just tried it on another mod and its having the same issue so I think its the atty. In my other mod i just tried it in im running a quad micro coil in a mutation x v4 so I don't think its the mod

Edit: I also tried 3 different batteries, Sony vtc5, samsung r25's and imren 3.7v

If you are reading the resistance correctly, you are really damn close to a dead short of your batteries. That is fucking really dangerous. Stop using it until you can fix the issue with the atomizer and coils.

Pull the build out and build again. Use steam engine to help: http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp

I mean i've been doing quad coils at that level for about 4 months now and nothing remotely bad happened to the batteries or anything. Im just trying to figure this situation out and yeah ive been using steam engine and from that it says my batteries are ok as long as I run both at once I should be fine, not like I plan on doing anything weirder then this lol

0.07 is dangerous unless you are running a quad cell box like the Hammer of God. The mod won't fire it because it is essentially shorting out. You are pulling 60 amps at 252 Watts with a set up that low. Take the build out and start over, making sure no shorts, nor coils touching the cap (1mm distance needed)

Alright I agree that may be a potential issue. Ill try a dual parallel setup. I will leave you updated.
