I have been vaping for a few months now and I'm trying to get into making my own juice. I have made one so far that I like with strawberry and vanilla custard. But I'm not real creative myself and wanted to see if anyone had a list of some of the flavors that are more commonly used, as well as your favorite sites for recipes. Any info is appreciated.

Rather than buying popular flavorings or other people's favorites, consider what flavors of e-liquids you prefer. The flavors that are similar are those you are more likely to enjoy.
Browse The recipe section here. Pick just a couple or three (try to limit itto start, we know it ain't easy to do), then pick up the flavorings to nake those recipes.

I will definitely look through the recipes. I'm not the kind of person that can figure out what kinds of things will mix well. It shows in my cooking also! Thanks for the help.
Yes, as @SailCat said, it's best to work from recipes when starting out.
I'd only add that you might be better of doing simple 2-3 flavor recipes, but it might be harder to find many of those.
After some time you will get more into the experimentation part.
With 350+ flavors my recommended list gets pretty long

Thanks for the list. I found a couple recipes here that look appetizing and the list will be helpful as well. So far I really like cheesecake flavors, cake, and berry flavors, pie flavors. I've also tried some Fruit Loops that was really good, but from what I've seen, those recipes can get a little complicated.
The complicated part goes away pretty quick after a few sessions of mixing.
Of course start small. Sure a lot of folks recommend doing some single flavor mixes to get a handle on how the flavors work for you. I'll be honest, I've only done one. But I do recommend trying some mixes with 2-4 ingredients. It will alow you to see the flavors are playing together and when you don't favor a result you can try and add a touch of flavor to you mix and see how it goes.
A simple example is fresh cream FA and strawberry FA. Mix both at 2%. You may find you want more strawberry after testing the liquid. So add another 0.5-1% flavor. You may find your sweet spot right away. Maybe after that you may say, why not add even more strawberry and you find the top out point where too much flavoring kills everything.
It's a good lesson. That way when you get to those recipies with 5-10 flavors you can make slight adjustments based on personal taste. For me, I cut all mint and cinnamon by Atleast half because for my tasting ability they always come off way to strong...but I know for many others it's just fine.

I have a hard time tasting cinnamon personally so I know when I post my recepies(mostly just thoughts) I need to cut the cinnamon by at least half so I don't kill others
Example: all flavor art
2% Apple pie
1%Fuji Apple
.5% cookie
.5% cinnamon ceylon (I use it at 1%)

It has its own thread here with more interesting notes and subs. I always use fa rum instead of brandy, for instance. You might think it's light on flavoring, but it's REALLY not. It's one of my absolute faves. It's one of those recipes that can make a beginner feel like a pro.

My first time mixing a hic mix I doubled the % because they looked light. Ended up with a 30 ml bottle instead of a 15 after trying it lol.This apple pie has a few flavors, but it's not overwhelming to make--you can easily do 30ml with drops--and it's sublime:
