So we thought it was just e-cigs did we? Some people (myself included) are saying that the language is so broad that it could ban CBD, Delta8, and any other product that can be vaped.
Within the law that was passed yesterday is the following lines:
The term "or any other substance to the user inhaling from the device"
I don't know how else to take that line. They basically banned anything substance you can vape being shipped via USPS.
We still have 90 days before it actually takes effect so I'm sure some clarity will be reached.
This effectively also effectively shuts down China from shipping anything to America (e-packet, etc) unless you use DHL / FEDEX / etc.
