Decent article, but written from the perspective that regulations might actually "hurt public health" rather than the perspective that adults have a right to use/consume what they wish. In other words the author has already conceded the most important point, the question of: Who owns you?
There's also this issue of e-cigs as "tobacco products", which in this article, seems to be a given equivalency. I haven't been keeping up with e-cig related legislation, but I sure as hell hope that is not a done deal. That way lies madness.
