Connection problems

Okay so I have the Jomo lite 40 with an Arctic turbo tank. When I first got the tank it had trouble with the connection but started working after a few minutes. And now I took it off to change the liquid and now it won't make a good connection whatsoever. Any suggestions?

Maybe check the pin on the mod, sounds like that and the tank are not touching correctly? I am not familiar with the Jomo is it self adjusting or are you able to manually adjust it?
