Looks like it's discontinued at FT. IIRC @JuicyLucy or someone else was looking at changing the 510 setup in a CV.
I found a few, but either discontinued or out of stock, and I'm guessing they won't restock. I'm so pissed for breaking it. But they have a small gap with most atty's, and I thought I could just tighten it up a bit. I thought wrong.......

I did put a MM replacement in one of my brass jobbers, it was fairly simple
The hard part was finding a soft after market bottle - this was quite awhile back
If you don't mind the harder OG bottles, FT used to sell the same bottle but with a cylindrical plastic cap
You could snip the cap to fit a conventional tube and not have to worry about screwing the bottle into that collar thing in the OG
