I am working on a circuit at present, and I need a isolating chip--5V. It’s OK here that 3.3V change into 5V or 5V change into 5V.It also requires that the port of battery in two-side and the end should be isolated while the current which gives to CAN just need to be 20mA. It’s not convenient that if the battery module is too big so that the high of chip should lower than 3mm.When I chose the model in TI and ADI, I found that just the linear isolation amplifier can satisfy requirements.But the pins is so more. I think the chip need to be similar to ADM3053 at less. This is the ADM3503’s datasheet.
Are there any chip here suitable for me?
