Cream cheese cinnamon roll cake v1

3% cinnamon roll ( I used FW you can use any brand you like )
3% cream cheese icing ( lorann)
3% brown sugar ( tpa)
2% fresh cream ( fa )
2% meringue ( fa )
2% vanilla ice cream ( tpa- or a vanilla of your choice )
2% cake batter (lorann- its the version I had , im sure capella cake batter will be fine)

Right off the bat I am getting that eggy fresh baked cake note, like when you taste a cake bread fresh out of the oven. I suspect it is the meringue.

Isn't it odd how some people get "eggy" from FA Meringue and others get "sugary"? I fall under the latter.

I usually get just a sweet fluffy taste from it but I dunno if its just the flavor combo of the 3% brown sugar with the meringue or not.

I have to say I vaped through 10 mls of this today and by the end of day the cream cheese note has started to come alive. Just made a bigger steeping bottle.

Version 2 is going to need a alteration to get the cream cheese to shine through more. Any thoughts on alterations?

Try dropping your percentages down and adding some TPA Cheesecake or Cap NY Cheesecake. I think the other flavors at the percentages you have would over power the cream cheese flavor you are trying to get. I am still new at the DIY, so I am just sharing my thoughts.

Thinking of dropping brown sugar and cinn roll down to 2% or cinn roll 2 and brown sugar 1 ..bumping cream cheese to about 4 or 5 with maybe 3% cheesecake

I have made myself get in the habit of starting with smaller percentages because it is always easier to add another drop of flavoring later than to calculate everything to get the other flavors where they need to be to start over and then dilute the mix.

I made a batch and it's good. Trying to think of a way to get a bakers cream cheese in there. The kind in a cheese danish.

Im thinking and I hate to say it maybe a drop or 2 of Tpa regular cheesecake.
I know. I was thinking that or CAPs. I think HIC has a cheesecake recipe using just FA. I'm going to try messing around with that a little bit.
