Hi, I was just wondering what creams or additives you think give the best mouthfeel. I am just trying to improve upon a pina colada recipe from head in clouds.

Hobart, Tasmania

TFA Dairy Milk
FW Milk
HS Cream
CAP Sweet Cream
CAP Creamy Yogurt or FW Yogurt may even work in a pinch.

Adding 1% FA Marshmallow can help with the mouthfeel also.
And maybe even a bit of Meringue...

I used to like TFA Bavarian Cream in a lot of mixes....
(I mean, I still like it - I just haven't been making a lot of different flavors lately - I have an ADV I make like 300-400 mls at a time).
There's a diacetyl-free version too, if you care about that. It's got a DX in the name I think.

For neutral Creams;
I'll Second TFA Dairy Milk and add TFA Whipped Cream.
For Creams that bring other flavors;
TFA Bavarian Cream
FA Vienna Cream

Specifically for a P'clada I use:
TFA Dairy Milk..... 1%
FA Fresh Cream.. 2%
INWA Chemoya...(.25%)
( Chemoya adds a deep Coconut Oil flavor and it's other tropical notes play well. You could go up to .5% if you don't mind the fruit flavors becoming more dominant)

Hope that help
