What would you say is comparable to FA fresh creme. For some reason just really don't care for the taste of it. Unless it is a bad bottle or something only owned it three days. It's like a weird sour. Taste anytime I use it. I'm looking into making a milk shake and I know how Vienna and fresh creme work will together but doesn't taste right

Ask Mr.Mann, but I read him saying somewhere that it had a certain sourness to it and I think he may have suggested Capella [or someone] else if you didn't like the sour hint.

I'm just getting into diy-ing, and haven't personally tried the creme yet, but it was on my buy list. I'll let you know how I find it when I end up placing the next flavouring order.

Thank you I've seen reviews on it and recipes that call for it so I picked it up but the sour kills it for me

Standalone, that flavor may not be the most fun one. It's great to add body and fullness to a vape. I generally will use that one at 0.5% to fluff up a flavor. If, even when mixed with another, you don't care for it, Capellas makes a great Sweet Cream. Same purpose, but a little sweeter. I will use that at 1% for the body/fullness.

I've never used FA Fresh Cream over 1% in a mix.

This is exactly my experience. FA calls it Cream Fresh and to me it's like, well, Crème fraîche (i.e., sour). I find that Cream Fresh (Fresh Cream) works better in some flavors than others that may be calling for a cream flavor. As to which and why, it's too subjective for me to speak on and I can find any real rationale behind it.

I think (like others have said) TFA's Sweet Cream and Capella's Sweet Cream are super solid additions to DIY cream-products -- and those never turn me off. I do use Cream Fresh sometimes, but at pretty low percentages, as in sub-1% (most of the time).

I picked up cap sweet cream and I do enjoy out. As with FA cream fresh if I do use it, it is usually around .5% just enough to add backing

Same here! Once again, when that flavor (Cream Fresh) is necessary it seems like nothing else will replace it, but it has to be low for me or it will absolutely ruin a mix.

p.s. Have you tried Malted Milk form TFA? Again, it's one that is tricky, but it can be very useful for these type of mixes.

Yes I have it I love it. It is another one that i use at very low percentage but adds a lot to the mix

One more I would add for you to try (if you haven't), is Hangsen's Cream. It is very rich, almost like pure cream, and is so strong that one drop per 10 mL may even be too much (at least it is for me). It is one that I pre-dilute even before my dilution into the eliquid. The only place I know that carries it is at BullcityVapor. Unfortunately they're out of stock right now, but look around if you are interested. That flavor is probably the strongest and truest cream I've had, but it is best IMO to be used extremely diluted.

I am going to keep looking for it becasue ECX had it too (didn't know that, but they are OOS as well.) Sheesh!

I will let you know if I find it somewhere and I will also suggest anything else I find you might like -- it seems we dig on similar tastes. Cheers.

I was mostly joking and playing with their words, but it can be a bit like sour(ed) milk to me. I think their Whipped Cream is in their Kitchen Magic line (FYI).

I think it is. Fresh creme in small doses really make a batch. Usually I won't go above above 1%. Cap sweet creme is good and tpa. Malted milk is another very good creme for bringing out fruits coffees.

Flavors Express Cream has a bite when tasted direct from the bottle.
I expect it to be a strong one also, but haven't used it in a recipe yet.
Hard for me to taste the "cream part" in any of them, lol.

Forgot all about trying the Hangsen Cream.

Drew from BCV contacted me to tell me that the Hangsen shipment will be in toward the end of the month - just in case anyone is interested in trying them. And for anyone that has a general interest or pre-existing love for Hangsen, know that ECX is liquidating their Hangsen products and is not going to re-up on them. Their prices right now on Hangsen 10 mL are 1.99 (for all that I've checked.)

BuyHangsen.com going out of business and they have all their prices slashed. You can get 50 mL concentrates from them right now for 7.99 and 10 mL for 1.79. I don't know what's going on with Hangsen! I've been told by a vendor that stocks them that they have high MOQs, so maybe that's it? Maybe it's just not selling well?? But two sites simultaneously no longer selling Hangsen is something odd. That didn't stop me from making a small order though. I got 4 x 10 mL for ~$10 shipped. Use code ECF for 5% off too.

I can't speak on a lot of Hangsen, but some are good and some are not (hit or miss like many flavoring manufacturers). They're most known for their tobaccos, but I don't care for too many of those from them. To me their Cream is solid and their Caramel Toffee is amazing.

Thank you for all the updates

No problemo. I just hope you (and anyone else looking) can find another good concentrate. I don't do much in the way of posting recipes or anything like that; I just try and point to which concentrates I think have big potential for any kind of mixing.

p.s. With regard to BuyHangsen.com: That of course is not THE Hangsen, just a re-seller of Hangsen. And, I recently read that BuyHangsen was shipping out expired concentrates, so know that I have never bought from them before today and I went into it with trepidation -- even though the prices are low, it would still be a waste of good money if they are sending out bunk product. I will let you know of the products' quality when I receive them (though I doubt it'll be before Friday).

Let's hope they're good, because I just ordered 5 of the 10ml bottles of cream - thank you for the link! (They didn't have 50ml in that one)
Do you think refrigeration would be in order for this one with so many?

never refrigerate your flavors or juices.. the condensation will ruin them..

hangsen is one of the oldest companies around for flavor concentrates..
some still love them.. i know ecx is doing away with their stock as well..
up to the individual to find out if you want to play with them or not..
me.. i didnt care for them.. but that is just my personal bit ;)

Thank you, I've always been curious, but never refrigerated anything but a coffee extraction I did. I know coffee will mold if left unrefrigerated after brewing, so that just made sense.

IMHO refridging my flavors did not hurt a single 1 I live in a sweatbox no AC will work with the old wiring, so for half the year they get refrigerated. I can not afford to buy new flavorings every month because the heat would cook them. I will say that you should let them warm back up and shake real good before using them again - other than that no problem;) YMMV

again, please be careful. the condensation will ruin them..
it will shorten the lifespan, or lower the nic level over time.
it also degrades, because of moving them from one temp to the other over and over.

I am sure someone with a chemistry background can verify this.
or just use a simple nic test if you store your nic or juice in a fridge.

@Roguexx

My order will be in on Saturday (supposedly) so I will tell you asap if my Hangsen Cream is what it is supposed to be. I also ordered their Caramel Toffee (which I am quite familiar with) and two new-to-me flavors: French Ice Cream and their regular Ice Cream. I won't be able to speak on those from a familiarity standpoint, but I will at least be able to say if I think they're worth checking out.
