Custom 1590a Series box

Threw together a dual 18650 series box over the weekend. Tried my hand at acid etching, went with a "grungy" storm trooper helmet, I think it turned out pretty cool. A little bit of a tight fit, especially using 14g solid core wire, but it worked out with a bit of persuading.

@Diescum88 - I used hydrochloric acid, it was the only thing I could find locally. It worked really fast, but it was basically boiling from the reaction.

I got mine from ace hardware, although even home depot sells it. It's labeled as either hydrochloric or muriatic acid. I found it in the paint section. Real cheap too, which is a plus.
