I can't believe he said it'd be at your door in 3 weeksI actually rarely step in and insert things about a company I haven't purchased or owned a product from.. but I sent him an email 2 weeks ago. Asking for a quote on a custom mod and listed my requirements and asked for a realistic time frame with it being on the latter end of that time frame. And I was quickly emailed back and got my price quote with a reassuring 3 week max wait til the mod would reach my door. ..... I was hesitate and was still actually pondering...butttt
Yea crisis has been averted. New update states mod is done and will be sending tracking number soon. Let's hope for peaceful solution. Btw pics look pretty nice on it.Crisis averted. LOL I'll prolly be back here in a month tho

I am betting that now things appear to be more on track than they have been at VL, yours will be much quicker than what others have experienced. From their newsletter and actual progress, it's prob going to average around 10 per week. They should be at 240 by Monday. Yes and no since the voltage is higher its 1:1 by watt hours. So its just like saying a 9000 mah. 3000mah @ 11.1v is 33.1ah. 9000 mah @ 3.7v is 33.1 ah. So saying its 9000 mah is accurateI dont get why anyone would wait that long for a mod. By time you get it the next technology is out and your mod you waited half a year for is obsolete lol. All of my customers have their mods shipped within two weeks, and get emails almost daily with updates and pictures. I guess that's the beauty of being a small business

Also, a 3S 3000mah battery means 3000mah, not 9000. Capacity only multiplies in parallel, voltage multiplies in series.

Lots of delays have occurred, but there's no reason to claim we (VaporLips) are scamming anyone. "VapingDevil", "Johentie", "800thekiller" tell me if you want a refund. I would rather refund your money than have you going around all over the internet claiming VaporLips is full of lies. We have never guaranteed a shipping date, I don't really know what else to say.
You can respond and say that VaporLips is misleading you, telling you to hold on one more day, and one more day...etc. But we have never guaranteed anything. That is something we are extremely strict about, making certain everything is always known as an estimate, or approximation. If it's gotten to the point that you aren't happy anymore, than lets process a refund. It seems unfair reading these things when no one has asked for a refund.
I'm not saying that VaporLips doesn't have our problems, because there are loads of issues that we are ironing out. Now that we have an order number for every customer, this is helping a lot, but we are going one day at a time. We aren't walking around with our noses stuck up in the air, we aren't purposely misleading anyone. Johentie, you've called us a few times a day the last few days, and how many times have we not answered? A couple of times? Have we communicated with you today? Yes we have. It just seems like why would we want to continue business with people writing these things about us, when you haven't communicated your concern with us. At least no more than "It's been a long time, I really want my box". I know a business is NOTHING without their customers, but sheeze guys. Talk to us(VaporLips). Because as I read the things you write here, it sure seems like you want a refund. We aren't withholding your money from you.
Once again, I know VaporLips has a lot to work on. We have a HUGE wait for boxes, and are making that more and more clear with every new customer. With every new customer,they are told what box numbers (order number) we are on, and what number they would be. We are doing our best to be transparent, because it is very clear that we haven't been in the past. We are working hard to become a better business. We respect all the critique that you have to say, and we very much value everything that you have written here and will take it to heart as we continue into the future.
