Cutting pg/nic question

how do I cut my 75/25 pg-Vg 24 mg nic to 75/25 Vg-pg 8 mg nic ?

first off get a juice calculator - makes everything ez and accurate.

but to make say 24 ml's of juice @ 8mg of NIC .. you would need to use 8 ml's of your 24mg nic and 16 mls of 75/25 pg-vg additionally or another way to say would be to add 12ml's of pg and 4 ml's of vg (=16ml's)

or more simply - to cut your nic to 1/3 the orginal level - add 2/3's the original volume of the base in the same ratio.

Did you notice the target is 75VG/25PG, not 75PG/25VG?

Agreed on using a juice calculator. I'd just use the 24 mg/ml Nicotine base as is and plug the according recipe in the calculator, e. g. http://e-liquid-recipes.com/create

Thanks everone for help I bought 75 pg 25vg 24 mg to be able to cut with extra Vg I used the calc and it turned out great also 1 ml of everclear ( moonshine ) to thin.
6 years no cig keep on vaping.
