Since the start of the Chinese new year I have had way more issues with product quality than usual. And to top it off even trying to resolve the issues has turned into a nightmare. First I got a crap Kayfun and it took 2 months from opening the ticket until the refund was issued. Now I've got some 22mm patriots that came with o rings too small so I have asked for o rings to be sent. They keep suggesting they send them with my next order and I continue to assert that I am 100% unwilling to make another order until the last one is properly fulfilled. That ticket has been open for 33 days and has gone through 4 different staff members. I like buying on the cheap but I guess it's time to just accept the fact that I should buy higher quality clones from domestic vendors. I'm not looking for a pat on the back, but I'd love to hear your FT horror stories. :eek:

Fast -Tech has customers all over the world , one person is just not important to them . Also if you get stuff dirt cheap , service is not always going to be great . If FT is someones thing, good for them , for me I will spend a couple more bucks and get it in half the time .

Still waiting on my Turtleship V3's and theyve been waiting for the postal service to "process" it for a week
