Daniel Radcliffe, a.k.a. Harry Potter in the hit film series, doesn't expect he'll see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child for quite some time.
"I want to see the show—I genuinely am intrigued and I've heard it's fantastic—but I just feel sitting in an audience of what will for the most of the near future be very enthusiastic Harry Potter fans might be like not a relaxing way to see a show," Radcliffe told Stephen Colbert on the Late Show. The play, which is currently running as a public preview, is set 19 years after the end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Radcliffe also said he's pleased to see actor Jamie Parker playing Harry Potter now. "Jamie Parker is a wonderful actor and I'm very happy to see him play me," he said. "All of the questions can shift to him now. He can do all the Harry questions now."
