DEADMODZ PYREX RDA (Dripper)

A search found no results, so figured I'd start a thread. Anyone have one? What do you think of it?
I bought mine a few weeks ago but only recently got serious about building it. I built it with tempered 26awg Ni200, about 12 wraps on a 3mm screwdriver. It reads 0.13 (not as important with Ni200).
I built a single coil deck, and taped one slot shut with clear packing tape, figuring I'd build a dual coil deck later.
Well, I was surprised to discover that the build feels just right, and puts out respectable clouds with 90VG juice at 25 watts and 430 degrees on my DNA40 mod.
The Pyrex bell cap has a smooth, comforting feel to it.
Beware: this RDA is NOT for the fumble-fingered!! It WILL break if dropped!! So, treat it like a BABY!! You wouldn't drop a BABY, would you???!!!
And...for about $60, where else can you find an authentic Made in USA RDA?
And...this thing holds some juice!! I just fill 'er up through the top hole with 20 to 40 drops...I swear it holds at least 2ml, maybe more.
And...the home seller, West Coast Vape (can purchase through eBay or at the site) treated me honestly!deadmodz1.jpg
Final Note: Best to build it, line it up, push the cap on, and then leave it together until you're ready for a rebuild. The cap fits tight, which is good...and bad, if you like to take off your cap a lot.

Still likin' the 'Modz...
In fact, haven't touched one of my other RDAs since I put this one on line. Ahhh...Pyrex!

Deadmodz is still my #1. One added bonus is that the coil can touch the side wall since it's Pyrex. Building other drippers requires carefully avoiding building the coil too close to the sidewall. And the flavor still beats all my other drippers.hanadead.jpg

I have one Deadmodz with a clear Pyrex bell cap, and one with a frosted cap. I prefer the clear cap, and would suggest it as the better choice.

Good luck drilling out the air holes if you don't like the draw with this one :)

Good point. I like the draw on the original square top cap, but not so much on the newer curved top cap. Still, Deadmodz is my favorite dripper from my collection of a dozen drippers. In second place is Kennedy, and third place Hobo v3. I have a Velocity but haven't fully tested it yet.
