Lets be real here to a non vaper "Flight Delayed After E-Cigarette Ignites in Passenger's Carry-On" could mean the button was pushed down for the 10 seconds that most ego's and regulated mods allow deploying nothing but a small amount of vapor (which it is supposed to do when the button is pressed) to deploy from the bag.
The flight left 20 minutes late and they didn't evacuate the plane.
I'd be wiling to bet that it took 18 minutes for them fireman to show up and clear the plane for takeoff as a precaution. - 5150
