Today, Gov. Murphy signed NJ's budget, which includes a new tax of 10 cents per ml on nicotine-containing e-liquids. This tax does not go into effect until 90 days from today. There is hope that the NJVRC will be able to replace that tax with something that is less terrible for vape shops within the next 90 days.
However, and this is a big however, the floor tax is still in the bill and there is no delay. As such, unless the Director of the Division of Taxation agrees to delay the floor tax (which he or she has the authority to do), all NJ vape stores, distributors, etc will need to take an inventory on AUGUST 1st and pay the due tax on either September 20th or October 20th (not sure which).

Missouri state law is clear: vapor products, tobacco, and nicotine alternatives are categorically different and must be regulated separately. As each of these subjects produce entirely different health effects to both the consumer and those around them, this concept is common sense regulation. For statutory reasons, vapor products must not be included in any political subdivision’s code of ordinances pertaining to “smoke free air” laws. Instead the state leaves the matter to business owners and localities to decide if they allow or disallow vapor products to be employed.” The kicker to this law is that when a resident vaper sees a “smoke free” zone, it doesn’t apply to them, and they could vape on. It is only when there is an actual “no vaping” sign that they would have to abide by.
So just buy zero nic juices.... and a gallon of 1000mg/ml then add a few drops to the juice.

Yeah and make sure you have a Hazmat Suit and Respirator to use to dispense those few drops.
I do not recommend any DIY'r to buy and or use 1000mg/ml nic.
Stuff is dangerous.
100 mg/ml is fine and not nearly as dangerous.
And not an issue if you get a drop or 2 too much in the mix.
