Difference in PG/VG by vendor?

In another forum I've come to a conclusion that my PG that I got from wizard labs may not be good quality stuff, and has lead to much irritation with my mixes being unpleasant to vape. That being said, is this possible? Does it happen often?

Who do you recommend for PG/VG? I'm really only looking for 120 or 240 ml sizes. No 50 gallon drums for me quite yet

Bullcity can get me 240ml shipped priority for $11.15. Can anyone beat that?

I've had good luck with BCV, which is mostly what I've used to date...though I recently decided to go big time and have 2 gallons on order from Essential Depot...

Edit: I've also bought straight from Rite Aid, where 177 ml is like $4.50 - no complaints with that either. I find the shipping is really a killer on small batches, so I always tried to pair my BCV orders with lots of flavors to break the $75 free shipping threshold.

BVC and WL both purchase their pg and vg from Essential Depot. You can order Essential Depot from Amazon with free shipping.

Have you contacted WL to ask if they've had any other problems?

Is there really a difference in PG. I would call the company and let them know. Perhaps you are developing a sensitivity to PG.

Have you vaped the PG in question all by itself? If its really bad on its own, then thats your problem.

Yeah I did that yesterday. Made two 3ml bottles, one 100% pg the other Max VG (Think it came to like 95%). Both with 5% Vienna cream. While I could vape both, the PG had this aweful taste that lingered in my mouth for hours. It was noticeably more harsh, as was expected, but I was able to vape it. It makes me think its a combination of the PG and some of my flavorings. My TFA peach always seems to make me cough. Sometimes the TFA Blueberry candy does also. But all in all if I use this base that was mixed with the WL PG I cough.

Yeah the PG was bad. Got the stuff in today from Bull city and I'm back to vaping with no reaction. Thanks all
