My finger is the control part of the system I lift off when the temp goes to 410f (this is just a joke the thermometer can't read past 106 I think)

Well it is good marketing strategy that it is only a nickname rather than the product name. Probably would not be as successful if people were saying man you got to hit the Big Johnson.
