The dual 18650 in the DNA 133 are in series, not parallel. That means you don`t double the battery life, just the volt output. You onle get the MaH of one 18650, but you double the power to run 133 watt, if that was understandable in my weak English? If they where i parallel, you would double the MaH, buthave the same volt output as a single 18650, and therefore not able to push much over 70 watts, maybe even lover. To run DNA 200, you would need three 18650s in series, but the battery life would be as if you had just one 18650. But that could be better than than the Li Po packs, I don`t know.
