Does FA Irish Cream lose its flavor in the bottle

I have a 3 ml bottle fa irish cream that is about 6 months old. It is pretty tasteless now.

Has anyone else noticed a reduction in potency with this flavor with age? None of my other fa flavors have done this and u have older ones than that.

I can't comment on irish cream, but I've had a few flavors that had died after a year or so!

I've noticed a definite decline in the flavor of a liquid that is mixed with primarily FA Irish Cream over about 3 months. But I am not sure what it means--you know, whether I can generalize from it--since it's the one time I've mixed a liquid with Irish Cream as the main ingredient.

Another possibility to consider might be the variability of your own faculties. I have a pretty broad range of sensitivity to flavor and aroma depending on a whole bunch of factors, including what I've been eating/drinking, my health... other things I can't think of at the moment, and probably still other variables I don't know about. It might be worth sniffing the bottle again on other days just to make sure its the flavoring changing and not you.

I did smell the bottle. It doesn't smell like anything. I also shook it very much before using. I store everything in the house in the dark. None of my other mixes taste off. I think it is that one flavor. Don't know if I will buy it again. I also added more to my mix. No difference in taste.

You know what some high school kids do with their parent's vodka? Just saying... ;)

But yes, some flavors decline with age. I notice it somewhat with FA Irish Creme (this is aged 6 months) -- but even more with others. My assumption is no harm, just less flavor. Vape on!

The product is less than 2 months old since I received it. I guess Irish cream has to be used with 2 weeks of receipt.

Maybe they sent you old stock. I would write to wherever you bought it and ask them about it. They might replace it.
