If it's like usual then many of them are real but some of them aren't since they have no idea how to check these things.
When it comes to batteries for me peace of mind is priceless.

So what you are saying is they probably buy form a distributor...not direct and their distributor may send them a batch of genuine one time and fakes another?

Yeah it's complicated but Gearbest is in China and in China there are many companies selling these that get them from many sources and sometimes inadvertently sell fakes, even if they're not trying to.
I was recently watching one of the shows on VULive. The host had ordered 8 batteries, they were shipped inside plastic cases. Both cases broke in shipping, so there were 8 batteries floating around in the bag. NOT good. Dangerous actually. I stick with local (USA) for my batteries, some have no problem with ordering from overseas. After seeing her experience, no thank you.
