Dogetank rba leaks after refilling

So, I've had the new dogetank for about a month now and I love it with the rba. Great airflow and hits smooth. The problem I have is that it leaks just a little bit every time I fill it. After a few puffs on it it is fine. I know it's from breaking the vacuum when I take the top cap off, but there's no juice flow control and we en when I close the airflow off I can still inhale slightly on it. Anybody master a wicking technique on this bad boy yet? I've tried minimal and copius amounts of cotton but to no avail. Opinions?

You could try doing it Kayfun style.... fill start threading cap..... flip upside down... finish closing top. The problem is when you install the top you have no vacuum. ... and installing the b top creates a high pressure bubble in the tank.... flipping the tank allows this bubble to exit the tank as it is closed.... creating some vacuum.

The Dogetank overall was just kinda.. eh. The idea of a sub-ohm tank is supposed to prioritize convenience over all else in the design, and the fact that they expect you to manually replace and rewick each coil inside the head instead of selling fully built coil heads like a smart company just threw me off a LOT. The RBA head is okay, but it's an RBA head inside a 22mm device so you know it doesn't have much build space.. just.. eh.

If you were using the normal coil heads, I'd say you could've rewicked or reinstalled the coil a bit wonky, but given you're using the RBA head, just make sure you've wicked it well and that the tank is put together nice and tight, good O-ring seals and such. If all of this checks out and it still leaks, the tank has issues creating a vacuum, and you cannot fix that. Only a Dogetank V2 could. You'd just have to force it to create a vacuum yourself Kayfun OG-style.

Yeah, I bought it purely for the RTA aspect and like how it can go tall or short. Love the huge airflow and the drip tip is awesome. The thing sits beautifully on my black blue alien with its blue o rings, but it's not a true rta and as such leaves much to be desired in the mode of function. Oh well, maybe I'll try that new ijoy rta that can be tall or short. I'm a sucker for aesthetics over function, and love my gear to be mostly black. I'll give the kayfun method a shot, if that doesn't do it I'll probably clean her up and pass it on to someone that wants to use it with the helix coils.
