If you own a copy of Don't Starve, you now also own Don't Starve Together, the multiplayer expansion of Klei Entertainment's survival game.
Klei Entertainment always intended to give away Don't Starve Together for free to owners of the base game, but only after the expansion left Early Access.
According to a post on the Klei forums, Don't Starve Together isn't out of beta just yet, but the team wanted to reward players for their patience.
