Hey bud, Welcome to VU
The website I tagged above is the link to the contact of Dovpro's website....I would contact them and whoever you bought it from and see if there is a place that can service and replace your battery. Without looking at it or knowing more it sounds like you had a soldering connection come loose or the battery pack inside of it failed and see if the cost of the service is worth doing it or just replacing the mod.
Like I said, without knowing more that would be my best advice. I am sorry if it's not what you want to hear but that is the drawback of a mod with a hardwired battery....when it fails the mod is usually done for. As much as I love my Vaporshark DNA 30 mod and use it everyday because it is so pocket friendly and the shell itself is durable I have had to send it in twice for repair...once for a solder connection coming loose and shorting out killing the mod (thankfully it was under warranty for that,) and then again a second time for an actual battery replacement. I found the mod on Fast Tech for about 49 bucks so if with shipping a repair on it is more than 25 bucks...for the amount of time of shipping, waiting for and them actually doing the repair, and sending it back it might just be easier to buy a whole new mod and it might even get to you from there faster than the process of fixing it.
I am sorry that happened to you and I am not sure that is the answer you want to hear but it's the best I can think of...since the warranty is up for sure on it if you feel confident to attempt it maybe you could open up the device and see if you can see a loose connection somewhere and it's something as simple as retacking it with a quick solder job or putting a multimeter to the battery to see if it can register any voltage or hint of a charge in it at all to see if it's just the battery that is shot.
Once again I'm sorry bud....hopefully someone will see this and put up some better suggestions....I don't know everything but I try my best to help where I can...best of luck to you bud
