I love how as he says the bavarian cream brings out the doughyness of danish swirl which is one my favourite non-FA non-Inawera concentrates though it can be a bit harsh. I have tried a few times to make a straight up cinnamon danish swirl and this is definately the best one yet. FA Wow, isnt really wow for me, but there is a mild doughy cakeyness to it, which seems to work perfectly to my tastes in this, really tastes like a straight up danish swirl to me.
