Correspondence Tredwell supplied to VTDigger shows that Hamburg-Clithero disagreed and requested $1,000 to cover the costs of a new domain name and rebranding of her company. Tredwell threatened to sue and says he never heard back.

I support vaping, however I support no group blindly.
If someone screwed up they need to pay the price.

We will see more of this type of actions against vaping concerns saying vaping helps you quit smoking, etc.
Which I believe to be Totally true.
however the law says differently.
