Well, 5 cents is better than 20 cents, but it's still 5 cents too much, and I'm sure they will raise it again eventually. Think about it for a moment; I used to smoke 2 PAD. The average state would gave gotten over $3 a day from that habit in cig taxes. Now I vape about 5ml a day. Are they gonna settle for 25 cents a day? I don't think so.

Bit of a digression. At the bottom of the same page, there's a reference to another article, which I find mildly amusing. Can anyone guess why?
