e-cigs in movies :)

Given how movies are popular and there's a huge business over product placement in movies, I guess movies showing actors or characters vaping could provide a positive backing for vaping.

I was watching Drive Hard yesterday and notice that many times during the movie, John Cussac could be seen vaping with what looks like an eGo of some type. First time I saw it I thought "what the heck? I doubt that will be shown much" but I was wrong. He could be seen blowing small clouds with it during many scenes in the movie.

Anybody know of any other movies where actors can be seen vaping instead of smoking?

Cusack also vapes in the movie Reclaim. It's a really predictable action movie but he does give a good performance as a villain and switches back and forth from vaping to smoking a cigar.

In the neighbors movie the main frat boy vapes. See it more and more. I think in part because many of the actors quit smoking and vape, would you smoke if you could put vaping in your contract?

I'm fine with vaping in movies if the actors vape or if it is to relay the society in the film, however I don't want to see it as a form of product placement.

I can't recall the name for the life of me, but Dennis Quaid was using one in a movie we watched over the summer. Some pseudo thriller type movie. I've seen a lot of pictures of actors on the webs using them. Not the cigalikes, but ego types, mainly.

I remember what a huge deal it was when Kevin Spacey busted out a cigalike on House of Cards last year...

Agree with the other OB, vaping on film is cool but integrated advertising sucks.
