Which consumers? Perhaps some of the few that still buy vapor products from C-Stores, but that's not the vapor market. I simply cannot a significant number of vapers switching to HnB products like iQOS. We've already found our way and we're happy with it, as well as the variety of hardware, flavors, and nic strengths available to us.

Note, I'm implying that HnB products like iQOS won't be successful; I believe they will, but I expect most of their market share will come from people who are currently still smokers.
