Kotaku reports that BioWare has been working on some kind of overhaul for Anthem, which has struggled since launch earlier this year. The project is being referred to by some as “Anthem 2.0” or “Anthem Next,” according to Kotaku’s sources.
The report says concrete details on the overhaul are sparse, but the main takeaways are that EA and BioWare have not given up on Anthem, and are instead working on content that will breathe new life into the game, similar to The Taken King expansion for the first Destiny.
