I just had a really good experience with ECBlend - they gave me a credit *WITHOUT* me asking for it based on a review of a drip tip that I posted on their site. The tip broke after the second use. That's pretty great if you ask me!

Edit: I forgot to mention - not only did they reach out to me via email, they actually called me on my cell phone about my review!
