Just got a 150 watt from Wakeandvape.com for $59.00. It was a 24 hour sale, but I think she extended it. Shipping was incredible. Ordered on Fri. afternoon and it went from CA to KY by Monday morning.

we don't do pre order at all
it has been in stock since Friday afternoon over 750 pieces have been sold as of now

did they ever resolve your issue? Looking to buy a IPV D2 from them as well, but want to be sure i'm not going to get screwed in the end like I did from gearbest (stay away from them!!!)
