Hey, I gave up on this site, I just want to share my case with others. So I bought 2x uwell crown tanks with 2x 4 0.5ohm coils. They arrived in time but one of the tanks is simply faulty, the airhole cannot be adjusted, its fixed and cannot move it even with heavy machinery, last solution will be to drill some holes in it.
I wrote them several emails, sent video of the problem and at first they said they will send a new base and in the end give me refund at january 9th. They did nothing. I atteched the emails, its in pdf.
If there's any better place I can post this please tell me.
TLDR; the site will send you the goods, but if the stuff you got arrives dead or faulty, you can say goodbye to your money.
