Can anyone tell me the trick to get these to work, I get nothing but burnt taste I've tried 2out of the pack so far. I'm soaking the cotton, letting them sit, and doing a couple dry pulls get good flavor once than nothing but burn. Can you use the 0.5 clr coil with the 2200 ego one, should I just rebuild them right out of the package? It's kinda frustrating. Thanks

Yes, rewicking can help quite a bit. It's usually the first thing I do with a new one. Also make sure that the juice control ring is screwed all the way down. If it's up it can choke off the juice going to the coil. These heads are very easy to rebuild and work well with up to 70VG juice (sometimes 80VG works too), but thicker juice can be too much for them, depending on your watts.

You can rebuild CLRs dozens of times. If you save the insulators from your old CL heads they make perfect spares for the CLR heads.
